Regarding moderator "smilies"...

Moderators have some "smilies" they can use. You cannot use them, however. They are in the form of so they will not pop up in the normal smilie thingy. You could get the code with a quote, but don't use them in your posts. However if you are quoting the mod and the smilie happens to be in that quote go ahead.

So...summed up:
1. Don't use mod smilies if you aren't a mod.
2. You can use them if you are quoting the mod and the mod used it in his/her post.
